Sawtell Sunrise Apartment, a luxury air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment, is located in the charming coastal village of Sawtell. It is directly across the road from the Sawtell main beach reserve & 3 minutes walk to all the best cafes, restaurants, shops, RSL Club, Sawtell Hotel & the gorgeous retro Sawtell Cinema, yet peacefully situated in a leafy secondary street. The apartment faces directly east, catching the morning sun on the large deck, where you can relax over breakfast & indulge in a refreshing drink after a day at beautiful Sawtell beach & surrounds. There is a good sized shopping centre containing approximately 50 shops in Toormina, 5 minutes drive, where you can shop for your groceries at Woolworths or Coles & there is also a K Mart & other specialty shops.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building. There are 12 stairs up to the front door. It consists of 2 large bedrooms equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes. One has a queen size bed & the other 2 single beds. Our beds are very comfy with top quality mattresses & a selection of pillows to suit your personal requirements. Linen & towels are supplied (EXCEPT BEACH TOWELS SO PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN), and are all luxury quality 100% cotton. A portable cot & high chair are available if requested when booking.
All furnishings, beds,TV, fridge, front load washing machine & dryer are high quality.
The living area has a Smart TV for your enjoyment and there is free wifi for your Netflix.
A single lock up garage comes with the apartment for you to store your activity gear & your car.
The modern kitchen has quality appliances including stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave & full size fridge. We provide basic consumables for your convenience such as coffee, tea, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, olive oil, dishwashing & washing machine powder etc. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. You can dine inside or out.
The apartment has a modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after your surfing day.
Sunrise is only 2 minutes walk across the road to Sawtell Beach, which is patrolled throughout the summer. It is also only 2 minutes to the wonderful cafes & shops in the village. There is a beautiful coastal walk along the beach & over the headlands south or north & you can walk for as long as you want. Coffs Harbour is 10 minutes drive to major attractions for kiddies including the iconic Big Banana where they can ice skate, water slide, ski down a small slope & of course indulge in yummy chocolate frozen bananas.
